Spider veins are smaller, red, purple, and blue vessels that also twist and turn. Spider veins are easily visible through the skin, as well. They are typically visible on the legs and face.
Symptoms: In the majority of cases, there is no pain, but signs and symptoms of Spider veins may include:
Tiredness, burning, throbbing, tingling or heaviness in the legs.
Itching around the vein.
Muscle cramps, soreness or aching in the legs.
Brown discoloration of the skin, especially around the ankles.
